Return & Refund Policy (Saree Products)
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality sarees and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All original tags, packaging, blouse pieces, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
- The product must not have perfume, stains, makeup marks, or any signs of use.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sarees purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
- Customized, altered, or pre-stitched sarees.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging and tags.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team with your order details.
- After approval, you will receive return instructions.
- The product must be securely packed and handed over to the courier partner (if pickup is arranged) or shipped to the provided return address.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
8. Important Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to photography and screen resolution differences and will not be considered defects.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
