Return & Refund Policy (Saree Products)

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality sarees and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, packaging, blouse pieces, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
  • The product must not have perfume, stains, makeup marks, or any signs of use.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sarees purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective).
  • Customized, altered, or pre-stitched sarees.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. After approval, you will receive return instructions.
  3. The product must be securely packed and handed over to the courier partner (if pickup is arranged) or shipped to the provided return address.
  4. Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography and screen resolution differences and will not be considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
